Surfrider is very strong, macho, with heavy bone and fiber with very good luster. His handle remains extremely pleasing at 10 years of age, as do his lock and style structure. He comes from one of the premier breeding programs in the country and his pedigree includes standouts such as his sire Pucara The Duke and his grandsires Pucara Kahuna, Pperuvian Cadete, and Pperuvian Amador. Surfrider placed in the top three at some of the most prestigious shows in the country as a juvenile.
